SEED provides communities and organisations with a framework for building gender-just, green, vibrant and productive economies. It provides tools to identify key issues, diagnose blockages, and build strategies and action steps towards change.
The SEED Framework is different from other approaches in that it brings together three parts of the context that are often kept separate and treated in isolation, namely gender equality, economic development and environmental sustainability. By bringing those three together and focusing on the key area where they overlap, SEED aims to bring about changes that are truly meaningful and central to the well-being of the community.
