Report on a CARE project implemented in Laos, focusing on strengthening CSO engagement against GBV during 2016-2020. The project increased awareness on GBV within the CSOs and communities, strengthened community voice, and provided organizational mechanisms, including a GBV Taskforce. The project used, among other things, the Community Dialogue Tool to bring about increased community awareness.
