Vanuatu RISPEK aims to get young people across the country to start thinking about what a good relationship looks like, and talking about important but usually “tabu” subjects like sexual consent. Although sometimes people worry that talking about sex encourages young people to start having sex, research shows that teenagers who have talked with their parents about sex are more likely to wait later to have sex.
